What are the delivery charges?
We provide Free Delivery on prepaid orders, however a minimum fee of INR 150 is charged on COD Orders.

What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in a minimum of 5-7 days from the order date. Whereas, if the order is made-to-order for a customer, the delivery time would be maximum between 10-12 days.

How will the delivery be done?
Our logistics aggregator is Pickrr and it has tie-up with all the reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery etc. Courier company for each parcel is decided on the basis of the delivery pincode.

How do I track my shipment?
We use only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
