We are committed to provide you an enjoyable shopping experience. Therefore, please go through our return and exchange policy before you make a purchase. The following terms are applicable site wide.

Return/Refund/Exchange

Since our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer a return/refund policy. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, in an unlikely case of damaged products received, please raise a request on contact@nihiraa.com within 24 hours along with the images of the damaged product. The quality team will evaluate the images of the products and give a go-ahead for processing the product as a damaged/ defective product.

In the event of a damaged/ defective product, we will schedule a pick-up of the product from the delivery address. Please ensure the product to be in the original condition along with the packaging and proof of purchase. Once it has passed the quality check, we will process a refund in the form of a credit note for the amount actually paid by the customer which will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. You can also raise an exchange request for the same product. 

Note: A promo code once used, cannot be used again for a period of 3 months from a single account.

Good news: There are no limitations on choosing your new product! You can choose any available product to utilise your credit note. No bars to your next new treasure!
